We were first approached in 2019 by the organ committee at Calvary, and tasked with assembling a proposal to rectify the rapidly-failing leather situation in the Phelps-era Casavant. By 2023, we had agreed on a proposal which included replacing the pitman-style chestwork with slider chests, rebuilding the console, revoicing the reeds, and expanding the stoplist to provide more gravitas, while keeping the decidedly neo-classic accent of the instrument. As is our preference, we are utilizing the existing resources of the instrument to their greatest effect, pairing them with complimentary additions which will augment the whole.
